Yes! Our Quilted Backpacks can be washed in cold water, delicate cycle and hanged to dry (be sure to remove the drawstring before washing!). Our vinyl Gogo Bags can easily be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Please remember that while our bags our resilient, they are not superhuman. Appropriate TLC of your child's Stephen Joseph bag will help prolong its life.

While we don't anticipate anything on your SJ product needing replacing, we understand that things can happen when you add little ones into the mix. For replacement part requests, please contact our customer service team at store@stephenjosephinc.com.
What age are the backpacks for?
Our Quilted Backpacks are best suited for daycare/preschool aged children. They also make great diaper bags for moms to carry! If your child is entering grade school, we recommend the Gogo Bags. They're an appropriate size for 5+ year olds, and can fit their school folder. For the more mature Stephen Joseph fan, the Simply Stephen Joseph backpacks are a perfect fit! Large enough to handle books, homework, lunch bags and the occasional science project, this line of backpacks is ideal for kids ages 7 and up.
How can I get my Stephen Joseph product personalized?
Many of our products can be made extra special with a personalized monogram or embroidery. At this time our web store does not offer this service; however, a number of our online retailers offer monogramming at the time of your purchase.
Why should I register?
If you register with us, you'll be able to view your order history and track existing orders as they're being shipped. You also won't have to re-enter your billing and shipping information every time you place a new order. Plus, we promise to respect your personal information, as per our privacy policy.

What kind of warranty does Stephen Joseph offer on its products?
Stephen Joseph takes great pride in producing quality products and will happily replace any defective items. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods, and we'll issue a return authorization. We will then issue a credit memo for verified defective merchandise or merchandise not in agreement with the purchase order.
How can I return or exchange an item?
All unused items, purchased from Stephenjosephgifts.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund equal to your original order total. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and labels attached.
If you are returning items for exchange or refund, please note that all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer (this is you). All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return / exchange is due to an error by Stephen Joseph, Inc (that's us). To return an item(s) for refund or exchange, please click here to download the Product Return or Exchange form. This form must be completed & included in the box with the returned merchandise. We tried to make it as easy as possible, but feel free to call us with any questions, concerns, suggestions or general encouragement.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at help@stephenjosephinc.com or call our customer service team at 1-800-725-4807 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST). This includes defective merchandise, or items damaged during shipping.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas?
At this time, we offer shipping to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. If you need an item shipped overseas, feel free to contact us about our international retailers.

Certainly! Our shipping is handled via UPS, and during the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to select your method of shipping.
